These Terms of Service outline the expectations, responsibilities, and conditions of our collaboration. They exist to protect both parties, ensure clarity in all engagements, and maintain trust throughout our projects.
Service Scope
Sparkenly LLC offers modular creative and strategic services across branding, content creation, performance strategy, social media management, email marketing, design, and consulting. Each service is offered as a standalone product or part of a custom bundle. Deliverables are always documented via email or your client dashboard. No formal contract is required unless requested.
Project Terms
You will receive your first batch of content within the agreed delivery timeline (typically 3–7 business days). Feedback and revisions (if included) must be submitted within the stated revision window. Delays in client feedback or inputs may extend delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of final, paid deliverables. We may showcase selected work in our portfolio or social channels unless you request otherwise in writing. Unused drafts or rejected concepts remain the intellectual property of Sparkenly LLC.
Payment Structure
All payments are made 100% upfront via Stripe, Payoneer, or bank transfer (USD). Invoices are shared before work begins. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. Refund Policy We offer a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee starting from the delivery of your first batch of content (e.g., 2 static posts or 1 short-form video). If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within this 7-day window — no questions asked. After that period or after continued collaboration, refunds will not be issued except in cases of non-delivery.
Timeline & Communication
Most communication happens via email, client portal, or project dashboard. Response time is within 24–48 business hours. Clients are encouraged to clearly state any deadlines at the start of the project.
Confidentiality
All materials, brand data, login credentials, and unpublished content shared with Sparkenly LLC will be treated as confidential. NDAs can be provided upon request.
Termination Rights
You may discontinue services at any time. Work already completed is non-refundable after the first batch and 7-day refund window. Revision rounds (if included) are clearly mentioned in your service description. Extra revisions may incur charges.
Liability
Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results. Liability is limited to project fees paid. Sparkenly LLC is a registered business entity in the United States. Disputes (if any) will be governed by U.S. commercial laws unless otherwise mutually agreed.
