Our goal was to transform them into a credible local brand with clear messaging, on-brand visuals, and engaging content formats. Rather than chasing trends, we focused on helpful, homeowner-centered posts — ranging from “before/after” reels to roof maintenance tips and seasonal service reminders — scheduled consistently across platforms.
We worked with a roofing company offering residential roof installations, repairs, and re-shingling, primarily in the Midwest US. The team had a solid service reputation but lacked brand presence and were barely active on digital channels. Their Instagram feed was outdated, captions lacked clarity, and their visuals didn’t reflect the quality of their work.

The Solution
We started with a lightweight visual brand guide (color, font, tone), cleaned up their bio sections, and created Canva templates that could be used for testimonials, tips, crew intros, and progress updates. We also established a post schedule with a mix of static visuals, short-form reels, and carousel posts.
