Overview
We reviewed past assets, built a visual + narrative content calendar, and managed a 3-week sprint (alongside a full digital content creation for 9 months) to develop both evergreen and seasonal content for their platforms (IG, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts).
Their core need was content curation and storytelling. Their Instagram looked inconsistent, and their blog posts weren’t ranking or converting. We came in to build visual identity consistency and emotional resonance with their adventurous audience.

The Challenge
The client had dozens of beautiful visuals but no clear post-production brand filter. There was no alignment between their skiing, chalet, and wellness content. Captions were generic, and they weren’t seeing engagement lift despite paid boosts.
Another pain point was performance metrics — they had no editorial content funnel and no way to track content success across platforms or tie it to bookings or inquiries.

We introduced a cohesive grid structure and post themes (e.g., “Mountain Mondays,” “Snowdog Diaries,” “Stay & Ski Spots”) and wrote long-caption posts optimized for visual pairing and audience emotion.

We also aligned their video content to a high-contrast, clean color palette and built weekly narrative arcs that felt natural and not overly curated. We trained their internal VA team on using Canva templates and content batching workflows.
